This gut-rehab renovation transformed an existing brick building into a 2,350 SF ground floor retail space with two 1,600 SF two-bedroom condominium apartments above. Extensive renovation at the rear created space for parking and a steel framed porch and stair. Improvements to the front facade included new storefront windows, new ground level brick, tuckpointing and repair of existing brick above and painted steel angle and mesh signage panel with matching cornice.
